Malacca Trip

I was born in Malacca but I'm not staying in Malacca. I often go Malacca but with family most of the time..

This time, it's quite different because I went with friends, a group of friends who are worth for treasuring.[ I'm looking forward for next trip:) ]

We stayed at Accordian Hotel, and we went many places..

For the first day, we were supposed to take our dinner at Seoul Garden but by the time we settled down everything in Hotel is about 8pm. so we went to the nearest Old Town for dinner. After that we headed to River Cruise where we sat onto a boat and went all along the river, enjoying the nocturne of Malacca. We didn't know where should we go for countdown, so we went back to hotel.. (As long as we are together, place for countdown is not important.) We wanted to go Portuguese Settlement for countdown but the transport was too expensive and we couldn't make it on time. We ended up counting down outside the hotel. Fireworks can only be seen from far. However, we had fun!!

2nd day peeped in and we went breakfast at one of the Indian shop nearby. After that we headed to St. Paul Hills, A Famosa, Dataran Pahlawan, followed by lunch at Seoul Garden. Then, we went window shopping for a while at Mahkota Parade. As there were 9 of us, we broke into groups. We then met up at 5pm and went for a Taming Sari ride. There we could see the whole scene of Malacca. After that, we went Maritime Museum( ship) and the next station was Eye On Malaysia. Rain came and we had to go back to hotel and the plan for Jonker Walk was cancelled.

On the 3rd day, some of them was going back already. In the morning, some of us had chicken rice( hainan famous chicken rice, belanja by my YvampyY.) Before going to the station, we went Tan Kim Hock. We then had A&W for lunch. Those going back boarded their bus and those stayed back went back to hotel due to the rainy day. Once we reached hotel, we slept until evening then we went Chicken Rice Ball shop for dinner. Last station was Jonker Walk. Although just left some of us, we still enjoyed the show as well as the supper we had.

Last day, all of us came back to KL. That's all a fun and happy trip I had for my New Year 2010, Thx to all my beloved friends!!:) Y
